What details we ask for and why
Registration at Just Casino asks for basic contact and account details: email address, mobile number, date of birth, country of residence and a strong password. You’ll confirm preferred currency, accept the Terms & Privacy Policy and acknowledge the minimum age requirement. One account per person is permitted.
Identity verification is usually required before withdrawals and may include a photo ID, recent proof of address and proof of payment method. This standard KYC step confirms account ownership and helps maintain compliance; verification times vary depending on the documents you submit.
Email and account activation
Register, then confirm your account via an email verification link or enter an SMS code if you signed up with a phone number. The account activates instantly after clicking the link or submitting the code and you’ll receive a welcome email. KYC documents may be requested later when you attempt withdrawals; submit photo ID and proof of address to complete verification.
After activation you get access to the dashboard, cashier, bonuses area and game lobby across desktop and mobile. Deposit options, bonus activation and withdrawal requests appear in the cashier once verification conditions are met. Activation protects your account and confirms contact details so deposits, withdrawals and bonus redemptions work correctly.
KYC verification (before withdrawal)
KYC checks may be required before your first withdrawal at Just Casino. Identity verification is usually requested at withdrawal and must match your registration details. The name, date of birth and address entered during sign-up must correspond to the documents you provide. Submit accurate information to prevent holds - you will be notified of verification status by email.
Typical documents requested during KYC:
- Proof of identity - passport, driver licence or national ID showing full name and date of birth.
- Proof of address - recent utility bill, bank statement or government letter dated within 90 days and showing your registered address.
- Proof of payment - card statement (card number masked), e-wallet screenshot or crypto transaction ID for the deposit method used.
- Selfie / identity check - a live photo or selfie with your ID if requested for facial comparison.
- Supplementary items - additional documents may be requested for specific withdrawals or crypto payouts.
Ensure names and dates match registration. Upload clear, colour scans or photos; blurred images can delay verification. Verification times vary from a few minutes to several days depending on documentation.
